• Location of service (city required)
• Details and/or special requests for service
• Best time for a follow-up phone call
• Upload images of the requested repair.

Please note that I ask for a 24hr-48hr advance notice for large repairs to ensure proper and efficient preparation for your service request. Minor repairs can possibly be scheduled within the same day depending on service demands that are already scheduled for that day. All requests will be answered within the same time manner that they are received. All requests will be answered no later than 48hrs from your initial request.
